Pilates is a full body workout that improves your core stability and helps to protect your back from pain and stiffness that arises from unsustainable postures in the workplace, car and at home.
It helps to improve joint stability and flexibility and the strength of muscles in your legs and arms. It is best performed regularly so is popular as a class, but can also be performed at home by yourself or with a couple of friends.
Our Pilates classes are led by our Physiotherapists who bring their clinical expertise to the class, ensuring that you get the most benefit from the session. We offer Pilates classes as well as one to one instruction, which can be useful at first to really get to grips with the techniques, before you join a group session.
